PAVILION INFORMATION

  • Free Rental Eligibility: Members in good standing are entitled to one free rental of the pavilion per calendar year. This means that each member can utilize this benefit once every year without incurring any rental fees, as long as they meet the criteria of being in good standing.

  • Deposit Requirement: A $100 deposit is required for all rentals, including the free rental. This deposit serves as a security measure against potential damages or misuse of the pavilion during the rental period. It is important to note that this deposit is refundable unless there are damages incurred during the rental.

  • Additional Rentals: If a member wishes to rent the pavilion more than once in a calendar year, they will be charged a fee of $100 for each additional rental. This fee will also be deposited into a fund designated for remodeling the pavilion, indicating that any extra usage contributes to maintaining or improving the facility.

  • Responsibility for Damages: Members are responsible for any damages resulting from misuse during their rental period. This clause emphasizes that while members have access to use the pavilion, they must treat it with care and respect, ensuring it remains in good condition for future users.

  • Rules and Regulations: The rules governing the use of the pavilion are determined by the Board and will be posted at the pavilion itself.

  • Pavilion Rental Request: To reserve the pavilion, complete the Pavilion Rental Request form below. Once your request is approved, your rental date will be marked on the calendar and you will receive a confirmation email from the board.
